King Abdulaziz Public Library plays a knowledge and cultural role that
contributes to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030,
by disseminating knowledge and promoting reading, preserving and
providing access to Saudi, Arab, and Islamic heritage, developing
cultural and knowledge content, leveraging digital technologies to
make it accessible, and building bridges of cultural communication
with diverse cultures around the world.
The library translates this role through its projects, programs,
initiatives, and local and international partnerships, supporting the
development of a knowledge-based society, building capabilities,
enriching cultural life, and strengthening the Kingdom's cultural and
civilizational presence globally.
This international reach contributes to enhancing cultural and
knowledge exchange, introducing Saudi culture, and building bridges
of communication between the Kingdom and other societies and cultures,
in line with the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030 to strengthen the
Kingdom's global cultural presence.

Saudi, Arab, and Islamic heritage, and presenting it through a
