Under the patronage of His Highness Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture, the Ministry is preparing to organize the Non-Profit Cultural Sector Forum from April 15–16 at the King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh. The forum will bring together non-profit cultural organizations, relevant government entities, individual and private-sector donors and supporters, as well as those interested in the cultural sector.

The forum will address several key areas, including institutional capacity building, developing sustainability models, diversifying funding sources, strengthening partnerships, improving spending efficiency, and measuring cultural and societal impact.

Its program will feature a diverse range of knowledge-based and practical activities, including panel discussions, workshops, and advisory sessions highlighting best practices in managing non-profit cultural organizations and developing sustainable operating models.

The forum aims to enhance the institutional and financial readiness of non-profit cultural organizations, localize leading national and international practices in governance, sustainability, and impact measurement, encourage greater support for the non-profit cultural sector, and strengthen integration among relevant stakeholders. These efforts are intended to support the sector’s growth and expand its societal impact.

The organization of the forum underscores the Ministry of Culture’s role in empowering and building the capacity of the non-profit cultural sector. It also continues the Ministry’s efforts to achieve the objectives of the National Culture Strategy under the umbrella of Saudi Vision 2030, support the growth of the non-profit sector, and strengthen its contribution to the cultural sector
