⚙ Self-Client Method (Use This)

Since your existing app is a Server-based application, create a separate Self Client app in the Zoho API Console. It will have its own client ID and secret.

Step 1: Go to api-console.zoho.sa → Click "Add Client" → Choose "Self Client".
Step 2: After creation, copy the Client ID and Client Secret shown for the Self Client.
Step 3: Click "Generate Code" tab inside the Self Client. Enter these scopes and set duration to 10 minutes:
Desk.tickets.CREATE,Desk.tickets.UPDATE,Desk.tickets.READ,Desk.contacts.READ,Desk.contacts.CREATE,Desk.basic.READ,Desk.settings.READ
Step 4: Fill in all 3 fields below and click Save immediately (code expires fast).
